# Terms of Service

agentsite is operated by **Wilde Agency LLC** ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the agentsite website, dashboard, and rendering service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

## 1\. The Service

agentsite renders sites you register with us and makes the rendered output available to agents and crawlers. You're responsible for the sites you register and for ensuring you have the right to have us render them.

## 2\. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.

## 3\. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

-   break the law or infringe anyone's rights
-   register sites you don't control or have permission to register
-   attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure
-   resell the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

## 4\. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage allowances are described on the pricing page and in your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

## 5\. Your content, our service

You retain ownership of the content on the sites you register. You grant us a non-exclusive license to fetch, render, store, and serve that content as needed to provide the Service.

We retain ownership of the Service itself, including the agentsite software, dashboard, and rendered output formats.

## 6\. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

## 7\. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilde Agency LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

## 8\. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

## 9\. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we'll give reasonable notice (in-app or by email). Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
