agentsite is operated by **Wilde Agency LLC**. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't do.

## What we collect

-   **Account info**: email, name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
-   **Billing info**: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We don't store full card numbers.
-   **Sites you register**: the URLs you give us, plus the rendered output we produce for those URLs.
-   **Product analytics**: page views and interaction events in the dashboard, captured via cookies and similar technologies (we use PostHog).
-   **Logs**: standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for operating and securing the Service.

## How we use it

We use the above to operate the Service, render and serve your registered sites, bill you, support you, and improve the product.

## Cookies

We use cookies for:

-   **Authentication** — to keep you signed in.
-   **Analytics** — to understand how the product is used so we can make it better.

You can decline analytics cookies via the banner on first visit, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

## What our crawlers do

When the Service fetches and renders a site, it only accesses content that is publicly available on the open web — the same content any browser or search engine could request. We respect standard fetch conventions and don't attempt to bypass authentication, paywalls, or access controls.

## Sharing

**We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.** The only parties that touch your data are infrastructure subprocessors we use to run the Service (for example, our cloud host, payment processor, error monitoring, and analytics provider). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

We will disclose information if required by law (e.g. a valid subpoena) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.

## Retention

We keep account and site data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it (e.g. billing records).

## Your choices

You can:

-   Update or correct your account info from the dashboard.
-   Request export or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
-   Decline or revoke analytics cookies as described above.

## Children

The Service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

## Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
